Our on-site machine tool calibration service is fully UKAS accredited utilising state of the art laser interferometers, coupled with our own calibration procedures and in-house software. Automated generation and download of compensation data ensures minimum downtime with best possible accuracy being achieved. Measurement of linear, angular and rotary positioning as well as indexing can be performed using our bespoke software - Calsure - which is also available to machine tool builders and large machine shops for their own internal calibration activities.

C.D. Measurements produce software for engineering measurement applications. Standard software packages for tasks such as the calibration of flatness of items such as surface plates and tables - Surfsure - slip or gauge blocks - Slipsure - and thread gauges - Threadsure - is available and are widely used by UKAS laboratories in the U.K.Our patented ball bar testing system - Contisure - which benefits from our wide experience of machine tool error assessment provides a versatile machine tool condition monitoring system.

We are the UK and Eire distributors for Keysight laser interferometer systems which can be used as calibration equipment or fitted to machine tools and CMMs to replace encoders or scales. Our experienced team  provides support for both new and existing systems.
